Welcome to the Seymour Unit - Opening on

September 8, 2020

Our Seymour Unit will be open to students of Bungay, Chatfield, and Seymour Middle School. We will be open full days in support of the hybrid opening model.

For those members participating in their Distance Learning days, the Club will be open all day. Distance Learning will be supported in the morning hours, and regular after-school programming will be held each afternoon.

Members will be grouped into cohorts by school.

Hours & Daily Schedule (Monday-Friday)

7:30 - 9 am  Drop Off/Breakfast

9-12  Distance Learning/Reading

12-1  Lunch

1-6  After School Programming

By 6 pm  Pick Up

This schedule is based upon the Seymour Board of Education's suggestion to have the students work 3 hours daily on their school work during Distance Learning. All programming and hours are subject to change.

*Our Clubhouse will be closed August 24-September 7 for school year preparations.

Masks

Masks must be worn by all members in the Club at all times. Members must provide their own mask.

Cost

$340 per month per child

$200 per month for each sibling

Full payment is due at registration. Payments may only be made with a credit/debit card online. No in-person payments will be accepted, no cash, no checks. 

Monthly rate only, no daily or weekly rates—the rate remains the same no matter how many or how few days your child attends.

 

Enrollment Process

Registration is first come, first served. Once we reach our cap in each cohort, registration will be closed. 

 

Payment must be made online with a debit or credit card. No cash or checks will be accepted. To pay for subsequent months during the school year, click the purple payment button at the top of the page.

To start on the first day of school, September 8, 2020, registration and payment is due no later than September 1, 2020 at 6 pm.

The following are required for registration:

 

  • Completed online membership application - click the Registration button at the bottom of this page

  • Payment in full for first month  

  • Completed Authorization to Administer Medicine form for any child who requires an epi-pen or inhaler. Download by clicking here or by clicking the image on the right. These forms must be signed by you and your child’s doctor. 

  • The following must be read and agreed to upon registration:

  • If you would like your child to ride the bus to our Club in the afternoon, type YES on the online Membership Application for bus service (at the end of the form). You must also fill out the Seymour Public Schools Transportation Request  Form, available from the Seymour Board of Education, by clicking here, or by clicking the image to the left.. Parents must hand in this completed form at least one week before transportation is to start; this is a requirement of the Seymour Public Schools. If you do not do both of these, your child will not be bussed to our Club. Download the application here or by clicking the image to the left.

The Boys & Girls Club will not confirm your child’s registration; parents may confirm registration by emailing Jesse Patrick Unit Director, at JessePatrick@BGC-LNV.org.
